I am an experienced educator with over 22 years in teaching and school leadership. My journey in education began back in Sheffield, UK in an inner-city Primary school in one of the most deprived areas in the North, which instilled a deep commitment to creating engaging, inclusive learning environments for all. I have worked at other GEMS schools before joining WSD and am proud to call Dubai home after nearly 12 years here.

I believe that education is more than academic achievement; it is about developing well-rounded, empathetic, independent individuals. My leadership approach prioritizes student-centered learning, collaboration, and the importance of community, encouraging students to become responsible and thoughtful global citizens.  My vision is to empower our students to embrace learning as a lifelong journey, where curiosity and creativity thrive. Together, we aim to foster an environment where each child feels valued, safe, and inspired to reach new heights and goals.
