School Transport

School Transport Services LLC (STS) provides safe and reliable transport services to more than 73,000 students of 66 reputed schools in the UAE in their 1,900+ SMART buses at the highest levels of Safety, Quality and Customer Service. 

All buses of STS are of international standards with all specifications prescribed by the local regulatory authorities.  With the continuous research and development, all safety features are incorporated in their transportation system including GPS Tracking, Electronic Attendance System, Video Surveillance System, Panic Button, Sleeping Child Check Button, STS APP and a state of the art Control Room. 

The bus drivers and attendants are provided with continuous training to ensure that they handle each and every child with the utmost care, strictly following all safety features. 

By encouraging more and more students to use the transport service they also work towards a Greener Environment.

To avail the transport service

Step One: Duly filled Transport Registration Form (along with Terms & Conditions and Student Bus Behavior Code) to be submitted at the STS counter.

Step Two: The STS Customer Care Executive at school will check and confirm the availability of transport to the location of residence.

Step Three: Once confirmed you will be provided the relevant details regarding Timing, Contact and Pick up / Drop off points.

Step Four: Payments can be completed either at the STS counter at school or through the Online portal at

Once your child is registered you can use the STS APP. Please download STSS from Play store/ App Store.

Transport fee is charged for ten months in an academic year, divided into three terms.  The fee should be paid before the beginning of a term.  Full payment for each term should be done irrespective of the number of working days.  If the transport fee is not paid by the 5th of the first month of the term service will not be available from the next day.

 Transport use can be discontinued only at the end of a term. No refund shall be made for the unexpired portion of the term, in case of withdrawal from transport facility.  A ‘service charge’ of AED 100/- will be applicable to those who discontinue transport service for any reason other than discontinuation at the end of the academic year.  

Payment Options:

  1. Online Payment through the website
  2. Cash / Credit Card (Master / Visa) payment at the STS counter in the school
  3. Cheque in favor of ‘School Transport Services LLC’ at the STS counter in the school  

 There shall be a charge of AED 25/- in case of a dishonoured cheque.  Only cash/credit card payments will be accepted in lieu of dishonoured cheques.
